How do we collect data?
When you want to order a product, you will need to complete an online form that includes personal information such as your contact details. These are essential for us to complete your order. This information is stored in iCloud, on Google Drive, which is end-to-end encrypted. If ordering a boat, your name, email and phone number will also be provided to Vajda and stored on their secure sytems.
How do we use your information?
We will use the information you provide to complete your order and to support any further orders that you make. We may also use your information for assessment and analysis eg marketing, customer analysis and to develop and improve our services.
We endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any data that you disclose online and we will not be responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
