General Terms
Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and transactions made by email, telephone or post to Northborn Ltd or via the online ordering system on the Northborn website. Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.
All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. All references to ‘the company’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to Northborn Ltd. Reference to ‘the customer’ shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company.
Prices
All prices shown are in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and are subject to change at any time without prior notification. Where no price is shown, e.g. for boats, contact the company to discuss. Payment must be made by bank transfer to Northborn Ltd. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of a boat must be made at the time of order. Full payment must be made on delivery of the boat.
Orders
Orders can be made via the online ordering system on the Northborn website, by telephone or by email. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.
Products are sold singly unless otherwise indicated. We endeavour to ensure that the colours shown on the website match as closely as possible to those of the actual product but due to technical limitations, there may be a slight difference. The colours of each individual boat design will be according to those designed by the customer and provided to Northborn. Slight variation in design or colour of the actual product may differ slightly during manufacture in the Vajda workshop in Slovakia.
Pricing and printing errors
Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.
Ownership of goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Northborn Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
